Find the joy in appreciation. Enjoy food in small amounts. Make food a dessert to your life, not part of the main course. Do this with all external factors of your Being. When you let go of everything that is not you, you will find the Truth.

In the Now
We, as beings, need to elevate ourselves. This is the natural process of evolution. When we do our best, we are being our best, and in that moment [of imperfection] we have attained perfection. Thus, we are able to move on to the next [moment] with integrity. Always do your best from moment to moment. Operate this way and you will have achieved perfection. Do this and you will find yourself.

When Roosters are Chickens
Cockiness is the self made delusion that one is confident.
If one is truly self assure of oneself, one "just is." There is no need to prove anything because you are the example and the thing itself. Doing anything else besides "being" is being something you are not--a liar, deciet itself.

Safe
What fear?
You say, "What is that?"
You know because you are past it.
You are beyond it. It does not touch.
Nothing touches, nothing does action to Being.

Turning the Inner Eye, a Meditation Practice
1, 2, 3...look at the path that leads forever inward. See the truth of your path. There are no obstacles. In fact, there isn't anything but you and your observance. Continue following the path, at whatever speed is comfortable for you. Go as far as you would like. Is there an end? This is your true existence. You know where you are going. You know why. You know what you are. See the "who" become the "what" and the "why" become the "how." Timelessness is now. Follow the path to remind yourself, as much as you need to, as far as you need to go. Know. Go here whenever you or troubled or whenever you want to. This is your Bible. Access it whenever, wherever.
